At Leita, we help institutions build investment partnerships that deliver long-term value. Leita means “to seek.” Our name is a reflection of our work helping fiduciaries gain clarity, alignment, and lasting value in their investment relationships. Our expertise spans OCIO search, investment consultant search, and fiduciary governance services designed to supporting fiduciaries throughout the life of your investment relationship.
Anna has spent her entire career serving institutional investors. Prior to founding Leita Advisory, she was a Principal at a nationally respected OCIO search consultant, where she helped launch and build the OCIO RFP practice. She began her career as an investment consultant for institutional investors at Mercer and Rogerscasey.
Her insights have been featured in Bloomberg, FundFire, Institutional Investor, Investment News, The Street, and U.S. News & World Report. She has appeared on Fox Business Network, contributed to Financial IQ, and spoken at numerous industry conferences.
Anna earned a BA in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA with honors from Emory University. She is both a CFA and CAIA charterholder and an active member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Atlanta, and the CAIA Association. Based in Atlanta, she serves as Chair of the Board at Woodlands Garden of Decatur and as Board Chair and Investment Committee member for the Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals (ASFIP) Foundation.

Leita means “to seek.” We chose the name Leita Advisory to reflect our purpose: helping fiduciaries seek clarity, alignment, and long-term value in their investment relationships. Our ocelot logo symbolizes the qualities we bring to every engagement: focus, precision, and independence.
